We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a position in Wayne, NJ, focusing on long-term care, short-term rehab, skilled nursing, and sub-acute care. The OT will provide high-level resident care across multiple facilities, requiring frequent travel. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering and directing rehabilitation care in compliance with standards.
  • Evaluating resident needs and creating effective treatment plans.
  • Coordinating treatment supervision with staff and disciplines.
  • Participating in resident screenings and providing clinical feedback.
  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and billing records.
  • Assisting with marketing and participating in training programs.

    • Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and a current state license. Experience in older adult rehabilitation and knowledge of healthcare regulations is preferred.
