We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Health and Wellness Director for Blossom Creek Memory Care. This role involves:

• Collaborating with the Executive Director to ensure resident health and wellness.
• Conducting assessments and managing individualized care plans.
• Overseeing clinical operations and compliance with regulations.
• Training and supervising nursing staff while fostering a positive environment.
