We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for short-term rehab in skilled nursing and sub-acute care in Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ. The OT will provide high-level resident care across multiple facilities, requiring frequent travel. Key responsibilities include:

  • Directing rehabilitation care and ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Evaluating resident needs and developing effective treatment plans.
  • Coordinating with staff and participating in resident screenings.
  • Managing clinical documentation and billing records.
  • Assisting with marketing and participating in training programs.

    • Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and a current state license. Experience in older adult rehabilitation and knowledge of healthcare regulations is preferred.
