Job Description

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $3,000
Pay Rate: $31.00 – $34.24 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, 6:30 am – 7:30 pm or 6:30 pm – 7:30 am

Responsibilities:
- Ensure care and safety of residents
- Administer and document medications and treatments
- Maintain accurate records in EMR
- Communicate effectively with the nursing team
- Assist in staff orientation
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- New York State LPN licensure
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge; PCC e-MAR experience preferred
- Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
