Job Description

Job Title: Medical Director

Location: San Bernardino, CA (Relocation assistance available)

Compensation: $300,000 – $360,000 (negotiable) + $10,000 sign-on bonus + $10,000 annual bonus target

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm (on-call rotation); No nights, weekends, or holidays

Benefits: 100% covered medical, dental, and vision; retirement plan; $2,500 annual CME; 20 days PTO, 5 sick days, 5 CME days, and pay for 11 holidays

Requirements: MD or DO degree, completed residency, management experience, knowledge of community clinic operations, active California medical and DEA licenses, malpractice coverage, and board certification.

Responsibilities: 40% managerial (overseeing clinic operations, improvement projects) and 60% clinical (providing comprehensive medical care, conducting exams, developing treatment plans).
