Supervisor-Clinical Therapy

Job Description

As the Clinical Therapy Supervisor, you will manage and supervise a team of clinical therapists, ensuring the delivery of effective, evidence-based therapy and support services. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising and mentoring therapists and interns.
• Conducting supervision sessions and supporting treatment plan development.
• Collaborating with the Director of Clinical Services to refine programs.
• Monitoring therapeutic program effectiveness and ensuring compliance with standards.
• Identifying training needs and providing professional development opportunities.
• Occasionally managing a small caseload and overseeing clinical assessments.
• Assisting with hiring and onboarding of clinical staff.

Qualifications include a Master’s in a mental health field, relevant licensure, and at least two years of post-licensure experience. Supervisory experience and knowledge of therapeutic modalities are preferred. A competitive benefits package is offered for full-time employees.
