We offer:

  • Full-time: $33 – $40/hr DOE
  • PRN: $37 – $42/hr DOE

    • Position Summary:

    The COTA provides direct rehab care under the supervision of a licensed OT, following treatment plans and maintaining compliance with regulations.

    Requirements:

  • NBCOT certified upon hire
  • Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
  • Active state license
  • One year of post-acute care experience preferred
  • CPR certification required

    • Essential Functions:

  • Follow treatment plans and chart appropriately
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team
