Job Description

The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients, planning and implementing treatment programs, monitoring progress, and communicating with referring physicians. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting evaluations and interpreting results to determine treatment plans.
• Setting treatment goals to relieve pain and restore function.
• Administering various therapeutic techniques and exercises.
• Documenting evaluations and progress, and reporting to physicians.
• Supervising Physical Therapy Assistants and maintaining a professional environment.

Qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy, Illinois state licensure, and CPR certification. The role requires physical stamina for extensive walking, standing, and lifting.
