Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Nursing in managing care delivery by licensed and non-licensed staff
- Oversee occupational health, infection control, and staff development
- Maintain records, conduct data collection, and evaluate incident reports
- Facilitate staff training and competency evaluations
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse licensed in Minnesota
- Knowledge of safety regulations and infection control
- Interest in teaching and basic computer skills
- Flexible working hours and ability to work independently
- Background check eligibility per Minnesota Department of Human Services
Preferred: Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing, or assisted living.
