• Providing financial counseling and explaining payment options.
• Contacting insurance carriers and advocating for patients.
• Collecting prepayments and determining eligibility for assistance programs.
• Maintaining knowledge of revenue cycle operations and compliance.

Qualifications include an associate degree or equivalent experience, knowledge of medical billing, and strong communication skills. Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
