Position Overview: Seeking nurses for home care services for children (birth to 30+) with medical technologies (g-tube, trach, ventilator). Flexible hours available, including full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus for overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and revising care plans
• Provide nursing care per physician’s orders
• Monitor and document patient conditions

Requirements:

• Active LPN or RN License
