We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our long-term and post-acute care facility, known for exceptional customer service and high employee morale.

Position Summary:
The Physical Therapist will provide direct rehab care to patients per physician referral, adhering to all applicable laws and standards.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Active state license in good standing
Preferred: 1 year experience in post-acute care
CPR certification upon hire
Essential Functions:
Follow and modify treatment plans
Oversee care provided by PTAs and students
Exhibit excellent customer service
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
