Wesley on Grand, a premier senior living community in Des Moines, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional care in a vibrant environment. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting health assessments and developing individualized care plans (1:20 ratio).
• Administering medications and treatments, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Providing direct nursing care and collaborating with healthcare teams.
• Supervising and training CNAs and other staff.
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and offering emotional support to residents and families.
