Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team, offering a salary of $80,000 – $90,000 based on experience, along with relocation assistance. The role involves conducting patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic interventions, and maintaining accurate documentation using Raintree. Candidates should have a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and current state licensure.
