Job Description

This position involves designing, implementing, and evaluating patient-specific and population-based care programs to enhance nursing practices and achieve quality patient outcomes. The role requires a Master’s in Nursing (MSN) and various certifications, including RN, NIC, BLS, NRP, and CNS, along with 5 years of NICU experience. Candidates should possess strong clinical knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining patient privacy, and developing educational relationships. The job is full-time, Monday to Friday, with a pay range of $84.71 to $122.81 per hour.
