Join a dynamic team as a Nurse Clinician, responsible for delivering outpatient nursing services through various therapeutic modalities.
Facilitate informed consent for medication, including monitoring tardive dyskinesia in compliance with standards. Provide case management, medication monitoring, and training for mentally ill consumers, ensuring adherence to treatment plans. Assess consumer knowledge of medications and develop educational goals. Monitor physical and mental health, linking consumers to necessary healthcare services. Assist in medication clinic operations and Clozaril management. Requirements: Associate’s Degree in nursing, valid Illinois nursing license, and preferred experience in mental health and with elderly clients.
