Home Health Registered Nurse

Job Description

This position involves providing professional nursing care to home health patients, including assessment, treatment, and coordination of care with other disciplines. The role also includes overseeing both professional and non-professional staff.

• Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience: Home health experience preferred or one year of hospital experience.
• Certifications: IV Therapy certification, valid TN nursing license, and driver’s license required; BLS certification needed upon hire or during orientation.
• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $30.00 – $38.77 per hour
