The LPN Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, supervising licensed and non-licensed staff, and maintaining quality assurance within the nursing unit. Key duties include completing medical documentation, coordinating nursing services, and making independent decisions. The role requires strong interpersonal skills to interact with staff, residents, and families, as well as knowledge of nursing practices and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Current LPN license in the state of practice
  • 2 years of supervisory experience in healthcare preferred
  • Post-secondary education with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
