Signature HealthCARE of Roanoke Rapids is a 108-bed facility dedicated to providing a range of services, from short-term rehabilitation to long-term care, with a focus on resident-centered healthcare and quality of life initiatives.

The Assistant Director of Nursing will manage nursing department programs, assist the Director of Nursing, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong knowledge of nursing practices.

• Must be a Registered Nurse with a current state license.
• Minimum of three years nursing experience; management experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
