Job Description

We are seeking a *Registered Nurse (Field)* to provide hospice care from 8 AM to 5 PM, with on-call responsibilities. The role involves planning, organizing, and directing care for patients and families in their homes, focusing on community health education. Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and revising care plans, administering medications, and providing health education. The position requires a nursing degree, state licensure, and CPR certification, along with 1-2 years of acute care and home care experience.
