Job Description

Job Summary: The Staff CRNA is a key member of the Anesthesia Care Team, responsible for providing safe anesthetics in collaboration with Anesthesiologists. This role emphasizes excellent customer service aligned with Covenant HealthCare’s values.

Responsibilities:

• Develop anesthetic care plans with Anesthesiologists.
• Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare necessary drugs and equipment for anesthesia.
• Transport and position patients in the Surgical Suite.
• Induce and maintain anesthesia, managing intra-operative needs.
• Provide post-operative reports to nursing staff.
• Participate in quality assurance and departmental meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and completion of an approved CRNA program.
• Current RN license and CRNA certification in Michigan.
• Current BLS/ACLS certification.

Working Conditions: Full-time, variable shifts, with physical demands including lifting and manual dexterity. Pay ranges from $110.00 to $120.00 per hour, with benefits including health insurance and 401(k) matching.
