Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Job Description

We are seeking board-certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.

• Flexible hours with shifts available Monday to Sunday (no nights/weekends required).
• Earn between $2,500 to $4,000 weekly, with a base rate of $80 per completed assessment and potential increases based on location.
• Additional compensation available through a pay-per-test model for qualifying diagnostic tests.
• Independent contractor status with flexible scheduling and malpractice coverage provided.
• Must have a state license and be willing to travel (50% preferred).

This role allows NPs to connect with patients in a comfortable setting, focusing on their overall health and well-being without the constraints of traditional office visits.
