RN, Registered Nurse – Emergency Room – PRN

Job Description

We are seeking a competent Nurse for our Emergency Department, a 12-bed unit providing immediate care for emergency medical and surgical conditions. The Nurse will practice independently, delivering both routine and complex care while managing clinical situations and delegating tasks as needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Utilizing the nursing process for patient assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Administering medications and treatments, monitoring for side effects.
• Documenting patient care and providing education to patients and families.
• Ensuring patient safety and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred.
• Current RN License, BLS, ACLS, and other certifications as specified.

Work schedule is 7PM – 7AM, on a per diem basis.
