We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Team Coordinator to support families and team members in our Autism Birth to Three Program across Bridgeport, Fairfield, Stratford, and Trumbull. The BCBA will provide direct and indirect services, develop goals based on family needs, monitor children’s progress, and train staff. Candidates must hold an active BCBA license, have experience with children with Autism, and demonstrate a commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices.
