We are seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the nursing department in delivering efficient nursing and direct care services. The ADON will work under the Director of Nursing (DON) to ensure exceptional resident care, oversee medication management, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in providing compassionate quality care and nursing supervision.
  • Oversee care implementation and medication management.
  • Engage in quality improvement processes and address care-related issues.

    • Qualifications:

  • Current nursing license and CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
