Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for the Baylis Day Surgery Department, working Monday to Friday with no weekends or holidays. The RN will provide pre/post-operative care for outpatient surgeries across various specialties, ensuring continuity of care from admission to discharge. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, delegation, and supervision of nursing staff. Candidates must have a nursing diploma or associate degree (BSN preferred) and an active Illinois RN license. Strong communication skills, the ability to perform clinical tasks, and a commitment to quality care are essential.
