Signature HealthCARE of Kinston is a 106-bed facility focused on transforming long-term care through education and empowerment. We seek a detail-oriented Director of Nursing with strong knowledge of policies and regulations, and a passion for training staff to provide exceptional resident care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage nursing department operations in compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Develop and oversee nursing services and interdisciplinary care plans.
  • Ensure accurate completion of resident admission and discharge documentation.

    • Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse with current state license.
  • 5+ years in long-term or acute care, with 2+ years in management.
  • Current CPR certification required.
