We are seeking a passionate Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) to provide care for athletes in Benton, IL, specifically at Benton Consolidated High School. This role involves athletic testing, injury prevention, and supervising athletes in sports performance programs.

Compensation: Starting at $50-$60k with a $2500 sign-on bonus.

Schedule: Afternoons in clinic & at school.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement rehabilitation programs for injured athletes.
  • Administer athletic training techniques to reduce injury risk.
  • Manage emergency incidents and coordinate care.
  • Participate in outreach events to promote the organization.

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and NATA certification required.
  • CPR certification and applicable state license needed.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
