Job Summary:

Seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional to provide psychotherapy services at Northstar Mental Health Services. Responsibilities include conducting mental health screenings, diagnostic assessments, and maintaining client documentation. The role requires a minimum of 25 direct client contact hours weekly, participation in clinical meetings, and adherence to state regulations and ethical standards.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree and licensure in Minnesota (LP, LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or provisional).
• Competence in DSM-V and evidence-based practices.
• CPR certification and clean background check.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, etc.) and strong communication skills.
