We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing facility in Sigourney, Iowa, on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to tailor programs to patient needs.
• Instruct patients and caregivers in techniques to enhance independence.
• Evaluate residents and develop treatment plans with specific goals.
• Deliver occupational therapy treatments to improve quality of life.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with OTR/L certification.
