Job Description

We are seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team, with a $500 sign-on bonus. This role involves working at our sister facility, Sundance Skilled Nursing & Rehab, in Colorado Springs, assisting patients recovering from injuries and disabilities.

• Verify client information and medical history.
• Help clients improve their quality of life by compensating for limitations.
• Follow treatment plans and teach techniques for mobility and muscle stretching.
• Maintain patient records and document progress.
• Ensure a safe work environment and comply with regulations.

Pay ranges from $33.00 to $35.00 per hour, with benefits including a flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement, and paid time off. Candidates must relocate to Colorado Springs before starting work.
