Compensation: $65,000 – $80,000 annually, bi-weekly processing.
Shift: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM (flexible), with on-call rotations.

Summary: Seeking compassionate RNs to manage patient care in home settings, creating and executing Plans of Care to enhance patient independence and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee patient care from admission to discharge.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Document patient progress and participate in case conferences.
- Participate in on-call rotations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years nursing experience, preferably in acute care.
- Active RN licensure and current CPR certification required.
- Valid Drivers license.
