Job Description

We are seeking dedicated *Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)* to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. We offer a supportive environment with a focus on compassionate care for our residents.

• Sign-on bonuses: $3500 for 7am-3pm shifts, $2000 for weekend shifts, and $2500 for other shifts.
• Shifts available: Full-time evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Base pay: $30.13-$41 per hour, with a 10% shift differential for evenings and nights.
• Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, paid family leave, pension, and tuition reimbursement.
• Requirements: NY LPN license, CPR certification, and preferably one year of skilled nursing experience.
