Pay Rate: $20/Hour

Shifts Available:

• Full Time: 6a-2p, 2p-10p, 10p-6a

Responsibilities:

• Provide care for residents with various needs, including therapeutic and dementia care.
• Assist with daily living activities as per Care Plans.
• Ensure resident safety and well-being.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and communicate effectively.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Active CNA certification required.

Job Type: Full-time, in-person. Rotating weekends included.
