We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Home and Community Program, focusing on functional rehabilitation in real-life settings. Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating and developing treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Reassessing treatment effectiveness and attending team meetings
• Communicating patient progress to the treatment team and families

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Valid state license and CPR certification
• Minimum one year of experience
• Ability to lift patients and perform physical tasks

Salary Range: USD $45.00 – $55.00 / Hour
