Job Description

An exciting opportunity is available for a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to provide home-based therapy services in Magnolia/Stagecoach/Pine Hurst. This position can be Part-Time or PRN, with a sign-on bonus and an active caseload. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations and developing treatment plans.
• Creating home exercise programs with caregivers and collaborating with other healthcare providers.
• Meeting weekly patient visit requirements (28 for Full-Time, 20 for Part-Time, 10 for PRN).
• Completing necessary documentation and adhering to agency policies.

Requirements include a current Texas license, 1+ years of pediatric feeding experience, and flexibility. Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of experience, home-health background, and bilingual skills. Perks include paid time off, mileage reimbursement, insurance, and a 401k program.
