Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Job Description

We are seeking board-certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting in-home visits focused on overall health and identifying barriers to care.
• Compensation of $2,500 to $4,000 weekly, averaging 6-9 visits daily at $80 per assessment.
• Potential to increase per-visit rates by up to 160% based on location.
• Flexible scheduling with shifts available Monday to Sunday, no nights or weekends required.
• Independent contractor status with malpractice coverage and travel reimbursements available.
