Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000

This position involves evaluating and treating therapy services in a level 3 neonatal intensive care unit to enhance developmental potential and functional independence. The therapist must work independently and collaboratively, making decisions based on patient needs. Flexibility for weekend, holiday, and late-hour shifts is required. Estimated pay ranges from $38.94 to $50.62 per hour, depending on experience.

• Qualifications: Master’s degree required.
• Licenses: Speech-Language Pathologist, Basic Life Support, CPR Certification.
• Preferred: Neonatal Intensive Care Certification and prior NICU experience.
