Occupational Therapist / Industrial Rehab Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for our new Parkland clinic, with no prior experience required as training will be provided. The OT will focus on direct patient care for injured workers, conducting evaluations, job analyses, and creating individualized treatment plans. Collaboration with Physical Therapists is essential to help patients achieve their return-to-work goals, including performing Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs).

Preferred qualifications include experience in Work Conditioning, Work Hardening, and PGAP, but new graduates are encouraged to apply. Our supportive work environment prioritizes patient care and offers mentorship and continuing education opportunities.

Minimum qualifications include a degree in Occupational Therapy and a current Washington State Occupational Therapist License (or applicant status).
