Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field
• Eligibility for Licensure (CSW, LPCA, etc.)
• Valid Driver’s License and Car Insurance

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with contract guidelines
• Conduct face-to-face intakes and assessments
• Identify treatment needs and provide ongoing services
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans
