Registered Nurse, Tele, Acute Care – Up to a $25,000 sign-on bonus!

Job Description

Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers comprehensive nursing care in an acute care setting, ensuring safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care tailored to individual patient needs. Adheres to the Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards.

Education, License & Certification:
– RN license in the state of practice
– BSN preferred
– BLS certification required; ACLS dependent on unit
– Specialty certification preferred

Experience:
– Minimum one year of RN experience or less if from the NLRN Program
– Must meet educational requirements specific to the nursing unit

Essential Functions:
– Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
– Advocate for ethical care and patient autonomy
– Facilitate learning for patients and staff
– Ensure safety and quality in nursing practice
– Engage in professional development and leadership
– Participate in educational program planning

Other Duties:
– Proficient in IT and electronic health records
– Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
– Demonstrate critical judgment and interpersonal skills
– Manage multiple responsibilities effectively

Pay Rate: $37.50 – $53.06 per hour
