We are seeking a dynamic and committed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for full-time or part-time positions to join our interdisciplinary therapy team. The role involves conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for children aged 2 to 18 with various disabilities, with assessments taking place in homes, community settings, and clinics in Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley, and Santa Clarita.

Duties include:

  • Conducting FBAs
  • Data review and analysis
  • Report writing
  • Parent education and training
  • Team collaboration
  • Attending Family Team Meetings

    • Minimum Requirements:

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Previous pediatric treatment experience
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Strong communication and time management skills

    • Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $76,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and flexible spending accounts. Candidates must be able to relocate to Tarzana, CA.
