Responsibilities:

• Communicate resident needs with healthcare teams.
• Conduct resident assessments and supervise LPNs.
• Administer medications and treatments responsibly.
• Coordinate resident admissions and provide emotional support.
• Supervise and mentor certified nursing assistants.

Requirements:

• Graduate of a state-approved nursing program.
• Current Iowa RN license and CPR certification.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Exceptional attendance record.
