Position: Clinical Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee hospice clinical services and staff
• Conduct performance evaluations and ensure compliance with regulations
• Manage patient care and respond to complaints
• Coordinate schedules and assist with new referrals

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• 3 years of leadership experience in hospice or healthcare
• Knowledge of regulations and standards
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift patients
