We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team dedicated to restoring hope and freedom through rehabilitation. The role involves evaluating patients’ needs, planning and executing individualized treatment programs, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered goals. Essential responsibilities include patient care, documentation, equipment evaluation, and discharge planning. Candidates must be graduates of a CAPTE-accredited program, hold appropriate licensure, and maintain BLS certification.
