We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Livingston, NJ, to provide high-level care across multiple facilities, requiring frequent travel. The OT will be part of an interdisciplinary team, managing resources to ensure effective and efficient treatment for residents.
Essential Duties:
Direct and provide rehabilitation care in compliance with standards.
Evaluate resident needs and create treatment plans.
Coordinate treatment supervision with staff and disciplines.
Participate in resident screenings and provide clinical feedback.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and billing records.
Assist with marketing and participate in training programs.
Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Active OT license in the state.
Preferred experience in older adult rehabilitation and knowledge of healthcare regulations.
