Position Summary: The OT provides direct rehabilitation care to patients based on physician referrals, adhering to all relevant laws and standards.
Requirements:
- NBCOT certification upon hire; renewal optional
- Graduate of an accredited OT program (BSOT or MSOT)
- Active state license in good standing
- Preferred: 1 year experience in post-acute care
- CPR certification required
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans and modify goals as needed
- Oversee care provided by OTAs and students
- Maintain professional relationships and confidentiality
- Participate in community health projects
- Exhibit excellent customer service
