Position: LCSW or LPC
Location: Bristol, TN
Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, Weekdays Only

About the Role: An independently licensed clinician will provide mental health and substance abuse counseling in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities include timely completion of paperwork, maintaining quality care through documentation, providing referrals, advocating for clients, and updating treatment plans quarterly.

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, or related field
  • Independent licensure (LCSW or LPC) in good standing
  • One year of experience in substance misuse and mental health counseling
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong communication and computer skills; EMR experience preferred
  • Bilingual/bicultural skills are a plus
