We are seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse for a 34-bed Sub-Acute Skilled Nursing Facility, offering a $5000 sign-on bonus. The role involves:

  • Monitoring patient conditions and assessing needs
  • Communicating symptoms to physicians
  • Performing routine procedures and maintaining patient charts
  • Administering medications and treatments as per physician orders
  • Providing emergency medical care

    • Qualifications include:

  • Graduation from a nursing program
  • Valid Idaho Nursing License and BLS Certificate
  • Knowledge of nursing care methods and health guidelines
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

    • Job Type: Full-time, 4 x 12 hour shifts. Pay: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour. Benefits include 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off.
