Seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist, either newly graduated or experienced, for a rewarding opportunity in home health therapy. Enjoy a flexible schedule with a 3-day weekend (Thursday to Saturday) and an additional day of your choice. Strong documentation skills, particularly in OASIS, are essential. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise Assistant therapy staff
• Communicate with office staff and patients
• Manage patient care with Physical Therapist Assistants
• Complete evaluations and necessary paperwork
• Attend meetings and case conferences

Requirements:

• Current Physical Therapist Licensure
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Ability to travel within a 40-mile radius
• Strong communication skills
• Home healthcare experience preferred

This position involves a 10-hour workday, four days a week.
